Yan Li was awarded the Alumni Association Award in the UCSC Graduate Research Symposium

Yan Li, a first year Ph.D. student at SSRC under the supervision of Professor Darrell D. E. Long, was awarded the Alumni Association Award in the UCSC Graduate Research Symposium on May 11th, 2012 for presenting his research of "Horus: Fine-Grained Encryption-Based Security for Large-Scale Storage." The award was chosen by a panel of judges for best presentation in each division. Horus is a new research project from SSRC conducted by Yan Li, Nakul Sanjay Dhotre, Yasuhiro Ohara, Ethan L. Miller and Darrell D. E. Long.
