Dr. Thomas Schwarz, S.J. is Adjunct Associate Professor of Computer Science here at the University of California and Professor and head of the Departamento de Informática y Ciencias de la Computación at the Universidad Católica del Uruguay. Previously he was on the faculty at Santa Clara University. His interests include distributed data structures and error detection and correction codes.
