Jehan-François
Pâris is Professor of Computer Science
at the University
of Houston. He spends his sabbaticals at the
University
of California, Santa Cruz, and is a frequent collaborator.
He is the developer of the witness
concept for replicated data, is a leader in video
transmission protocols, and is now working in file access
prediction.
